Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our 60-day money-back guarantee

You may return your Ellonox TrailView™ within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding any optional Shipping Protection fee). The camera does not need to be in its original packaging, but it must be returned in reasonable condition.

2. How to start a return

• Email hello@ellonox.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We’ll reply with a return address and instructions.
• Send the item back to us. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

3. Faulty or damaged items

If your TrailView™ arrives damaged or develops a fault that is not caused by misuse, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping at our cost.

4. Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you may still use the 60-day guarantee above. We will refund the product price once the item is returned in reasonable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

5. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6. Shipping Protection

If you purchased optional Shipping Protection and your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. The Shipping Protection fee itself is non-refundable.

7. Refund timing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
• Depending on your bank, it may take a further few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
